The fog dry desulfurization and dust collector is designed and combined based on the ceramic multi tube dust collector. It changes the original structure of the multi tube dust collector. It uses the waste heat of the flue gas itself to heat the orderly arranged heat transfer water pipes to form steam. This device is simple, easy to operate, has a good purification effect, is renewable, and has a low overall cost. Principle of desulfurization: The main mechanism of activated carbon desulfurization is catalysis and adsorption. When gas containing H2S passes through an activated carbon bed, an exothermic reaction occurs at atmospheric pressure and is catalytically oxidized on the surface of the activated carbon to elemental sulfur and water. The resulting product is adsorbed by the activated carbon to achieve its desulfurization purpose. Regeneration principle: Superheated steam (4.9 × 104Pa) heated to above 400 ℃ is introduced into the activated carbon bed, and sulfur is melted into liquid or gas and resolved from the pores of the activated carbon. It is carried out of the activated carbon bed with the superheated steam and sent to the water cooling tank. The sulfur is cooled into a solid and settled at the bottom of the tank, and the uncondensed gas is discharged from the chimney. Activated carbon is regenerated and reused, while sulfur is recovered. Thus achieving the goal of regeneration.

2、 Installation and usage instructions
1. The equipment leaves the factory with the dust collector body, desulfurization bed, and ash hopper. When installing, first connect the body to the flange of the ash hopper bracket, place the desulfurization bed on top of the body, connect the outlet flange, and install the water tank according to the instructions.
2. The installation and arrangement of desulfurization blocks should be tight and orderly.
3. After installing the water tank, water injection debugging should be carried out until the water level reaches the overflow port and water overflows.
4. Each flange should be sealed and a system air tightness check should be conducted.
5. During continuous operation, ash should be discharged on time, usually once every four hours.
6. The user unit should strengthen management, regularly inspect and prevent leaks, promptly solve problems, and keep the equipment in good operating condition.
7. The replacement time for desulfurization blocks is generally twice a year for heating furnaces and four times a year for industrial furnaces to ensure desulfurization effectiveness.
